Things people often ask

If you are exhausted, stuck in the same patterns, or just know that something needs to change — that is enough of a reason to reach out. You do not have to be in crisis. You just have to be willing to be honest with yourself and to take it one step at a time.

Sessions are £100 each. There is no minimum commitment — you pay as you go. Most people find a weekly or fortnightly rhythm works well, but we will figure out what makes sense for you.

Yes. I work with both men and women. The patterns look different on the outside — but the root causes are usually the same. People pleasing, perfectionism, anxiety, and low self-worth are not gender-specific. And neither is this work.

It depends on what we are working on and how long those patterns have been running. Some people feel significant change in 8 to 12 weeks. Others want to go deeper and work for longer. There is no pressure either way — and no right answer.

We start with an assessment — getting a clear picture of what is going on, what has been tried before, and what you are hoping to change. You set your goals. I then go away and put together a plan for you and we get going. We work together every step of the way. It is also a chance for you to get a feel for how I work and ask anything you need to. Nothing is expected of you except honesty.
