I was in my twenties before I became aware that my negative thoughts were creating my negative feelings, no one had ever explained this to me before then…!

Becoming aware of this then made me question what my thoughts actually meant and why I was having them in the first place and so I started to do my research. 

I soon realised that my thoughts were not mine, because I wasn't choosing to have them, so this surely meant that I didn’t have to keep feeling the way that I was?

But…it wasn’t that simple unfortunately,.... I had been thinking this way for such a long time, I couldn’t just start to think positively overnight, I had to understand why my mind was producing these thoughts and how I could create this change for myself…and so I did just that…

Since then I have become a qualified and highly experienced Psychotherapist in helping others to achieve what I have.
