Stage One

Gaining Hope

This is to eradicate any beliefs you hold that this transformation is not something you can achieve. Having hope for a better future is the starting point!

In this stage you will set down the foundations for your upcoming transformation.

Stage Two

The Learner

This is where you will start to understand why you are thinking, feeling and behaving as you are. It is not possible to feel empowered and motivated in moving forward if you don’t understand why you are stuck in the first place. Don’t worry though, you soon will.

In this stage you will explore the ‘why’ and will develop an understanding of how your mind works….which is a game changer…trust me! Understanding how your mind works is a key part to your transformation.

 

By the end of stage two:

  • You understand how our problems can develop

Stage Three

Filter Your Thinking

By the time you reach this stage, it will all be starting to make sense to you, but you will realise that the knowledge alone is not enough. You need the tools to implement these strategies into your own life, so you can start to build momentum and see positive changes occur. 

In this stage you will now be aware that your thoughts play a crucial role in your current struggles, so it is time to tackle them head on!

By the end of stage three:

  • You have mastered the link between your thoughts, feelings and behaviours

  • You are starting to develop the skills to take control of those negative unhelpful thinking patterns and be able to replace them with more helpful ones - they are losing control over you!

  • Your current relationship with worry is starting to change, because you now understand it so much more!. You now know worry is a choice and you have the tools to make healthier choices.

Stage Four

The Realisation

You will now understand why you feel the way that you do and you already feel more confident that this transformation is happening for you. 

In this stage we start to look at your self-esteem and self-worth by uncovering the beliefs that you hold about yourself. You will learn and uncover the things you need to move you forward even more.

Those ‘lightbulb’ moments will start to flow (if they haven’t already!) which will start to unlock your future potential.

By the end of stage four:

  • You have an clear understanding of the relationship you have with yourself and understand the role that your self-esteem and self-worth play in your current situation

  • You understand the importance of the relationship you have with yourself and are now ready to do whatever it takes!

Stage Five

The Believer

By this stage you are much clearer on who you are and what you want..

In this stage you develop the tools to rewrite your story and you feel determined to do so! 

You are now also ready to tackle those behaviours that have been holding you back for so long….you are almost there!

 

By the end of stage five:

 

  • You are building your self-esteem and you are recognising your true worth! 

  • Your relationship with yourself is finally starting to change and you no longer feel the need to compare yourself, or neglect your needs for others. . 

  • You are noticing a difference in the way you think, feel and behave. 

  • Other people in your life are also noticing a change in you!! 

Stage Six

The MASTER of Your Future

By this stage you are fully aware of the workings of your mind and what it does to challenge you. You have the skills to identify those challenges and have the exact tools to regain control of your thoughts, feelings and behaviours whenever you need to. You are feeling confident about who you are and will no longer feel the need to apologise for being you. You are aware of both your strengths and weaknesses, but you embrace them and no longer fear judgment from others. You seek solutions instead of problems and you know that your value comes from within, not from external factors. You know your worth and are feeling more confident to take this to the next level and really start to feel good about prioritising YOU!!

In this final stage you will put the icing on the cake…….

  • You have learnt the skill of being kind to yourself- we say farewell to that self-criticism!
