For those that may not know me yet, I am Leanne Astbury, your personal Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and Coach. 

 

I have experienced first hand what it is like to feel trapped in a relentless spiral of fear, worry and anxiety. Just like you, I was struggling with negativity, feeling desperate for happiness and a healthier state of mind. Exhausted by the constant pressure I put on myself and strung out by my own thoughts, I decided to take control of my own happiness...when one day I realised, I was the only person that could. 

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques transformed mine and my family's life. They gave me an understanding of my difficulties and provided me with the strategies to create positive change in my life. 

 

It was my own transformation that brought me where I am today, as a fully qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and Coach inspiring others to do the same. 

 

I founded the CBT Hub as an online support programme that provides an alternative to traditional therapy. This is my way to empower others to take control of their own mental health in a cost-effective, private and convenient way, because I want others to experience freedom like I have.
